Service and Warranty

As the units are supplied under a serviced lease model, servicing and maintenance are covered entirely by the annual service fee. This means there are no warranty issues. Customers will be required to include the device under their domestic insurance and and meet obligations to protect the leased storage core and control system from interference and damage, however this is no more onerous than hosting a pay TV set top box of similar items.
